These Terms govern use of the Tarot Neelam website and the booking and purchase of Tarot Neelam consultations and related services. By using the website, requesting a booking, making payment or attending a consultation, you agree to these Terms subject to applicable law.

Tarot Reading is the primary/core service, while the other services form part of the wider holistic guidance ecosystem. Services, availability, prices, duration and booking methods are those shown/confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Booking
- A booking may be initiated through the website or official WhatsApp communication.
- Payment/booking is confirmed only after successful payment verification and confirmation through the applicable booking process.
- Clients must provide accurate booking and consultation information.
- Office consultations are by prior appointment; online consultations may be conducted through the confirmed online communication method.
4. Client Information
Where relevant to a requested service, clients may voluntarily provide date of birth, birth time, place of birth and personal concerns/questions. Do not send OTPs, passwords, CVV, full card numbers or banking credentials through WhatsApp/email.
5. Nature of Guidance — No Guaranteed Outcome
Tarot, astrology, numerology, vastu, healing, manifestation, spiritual remedies and personal guidance are provided for insight, reflection, spiritual support and guidance. They are not guaranteed predictions or guaranteed outcomes.
Tarot Neelam does not guarantee marriage, relationship success, employment, business success, financial gain, medical cure, legal outcome, or any other specific result. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
These services are not substitutes for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other specialist professional advice.
6. Remedies and 41-Day Practice
Where a remedy or spiritual practice is suggested, it may have a recommended practice period, including approximately 41 days where appropriate. This is a suggested practice period and is not a promise that a particular result will occur within that period.
7. Rescheduling and Cancellation
Rescheduling should be requested as early as possible and is subject to availability. Cancellation and refund matters are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Refunds
Tarot Neelam offers a client-friendly refund window for dissatisfaction with a completed reading/consultation. A refund request should normally be made within 3 calendar days of the completed consultation. Eligible approved refunds are normally initiated within 3 calendar days after approval.
After the 3-day dissatisfaction window, a refund for dissatisfaction with the reading itself will ordinarily not be available. This does not remove any mandatory consumer/legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Payment Gateway
Payments may be processed through Axis Bank UniPG/Internet Payment Gateway or another payment provider actually enabled on the website. Provider terms may also apply. Tarot Neelam does not intentionally request full payment credentials through ordinary WhatsApp/email communication.
10. Consultation Conduct
- Respectful communication is expected.
- Abusive, threatening, unlawful or seriously disruptive conduct may result in a consultation being discontinued.
- Clients should be available at the confirmed appointment time and through the confirmed communication method.
- Emergency, medical, mental-health or safety matters should be directed to appropriate professional/emergency services.
11. Confidentiality and Privacy
Personal information is handled under the Tarot Neelam Privacy Policy. Consultation information may be retained for continuity of the ongoing client relationship, future reference and service administration, subject to applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
The Tarot Neelam name, logo, website content, original written materials, graphics, videos and other proprietary material may not be copied, republished, resold, scraped or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
13. Testimonials
Client feedback, testimonials, photographs or videos should be used for promotional purposes only with appropriate permission or another lawful basis.
14. Website Availability
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting, network, payment-provider or other technical issues beyond reasonable control.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarot Neelam is not responsible for outcomes that depend on client decisions, third-party actions or circumstances outside its control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, affected appointments will be rescheduled or otherwise addressed appropriately.
17. Changes
Services, prices, website features and these Terms may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to a booking is the version displayed at the relevant time, subject to applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdictional rules.
